National Diploma in Com­put­ers Level 5 is a 32-week course

In Se­mes­ter 1 stu­dents will learn the fun­da­men­tals of PC hard­ware and op­er­at­ing sys­tems, tech­ni­cal sup­port, trou­bleshoot­ing and con­fig­u­ra­tions

In Se­mes­ter 2 they will be ex­posed to soft­ware de­vel­op­ment, pro­gram­ming and sup­port and data­bases

Grad­u­ates can go straight into em­ploy­ment or opt for higher stud­ies (Soft­ware De­vel­op­ment – Level 6/Hard­ware Sup­port – Level 7) at Unitec.
