Yes, expansion is a good thing for Balmoral. However, there are other considerations against rezoning part of The Warehouse site from residential to business. The focus of your article is on Peter Haynes’ view of the quality of apartments and the vastly improved Warehouse.
I live in Rocklands Ave and fully supported neighbours on the other side of Dominion Rd in opposing the McDonald’s development, although it didn’t directly affect me. I see many similarities with The Warehouse development for those who will be directly affected.
