Rev-Athon to be held again

Hopes are high of re­peat­ing last year’s epic 24 hour Rev-Athon which raised $15,000 for Ron­ald McDon­ald House Auck­land.

CLM One­hunga is hold­ing its sec­ond Re­vAthon next month and aims to raise an­other $15,000.

The first Rev-Athon was held last year and was or­gan­ised by Toni Clough af­ter her step­son Ethan McFall died.

The fam­ily spent time at the house dur­ing his ill­ness and chose to give back through fundrais­ing event.

The event re­quires teams to have one per­son on a spin bike at all times over 24 hours.

Teams and in­di­vid­u­als can be spon­sored and an auc­tion and a raf­fle will also be held.

The event will be held at the One­hunga War Me­mo­rial Pools on April 11 and 12.
