It’s time to make trash fash­ion­able.

En­tries are open for an­nual Schools Trash Fash­ion Awards.

Ev­ery year pri­mary, intermediate and sec­ondary stu­dents raise aware­ness about waste and the en­vi­ron­ment by the

to mak­ing cos­tumes re­cy­clable ma­te­ri­als.

About 400 gar­ments are in the com­pe­ti­tion. This year’s theme is Around the World.

Re­gional semi­fi­nals will be held in June with the fi­nal­ist show­case in Au­gust.
