It’s time for young run­ners to get train­ing for the Auck­land Marathon. The Get Race Ready train­ing pro­gramme en­ables kids aged be­tween 7 and 13 to com­plete the race on Novem­ber 1. Adults can also take part in the 12 weekly run ses­sions which fo­cus on train­ing tips, stretch­ing, signs of in­jury and nutri­tion. Visit auck­land­marathon. to find out more.
