Poor foot function problems

Central Otago Mirror - - ENTERTAINMENT -

Summer is almost here and many of us are getting out and enjoying the sun, exercising and being active.

But poor foot function can cause troubles, it has a direct impact in the alignment and stress on the ankle and lower leg and can be a major contributing factor in reducing or preventing injury.

Worn or well used shoes can also lead to injury so make sure you check your shoes for wear, the soles may look pristine in condition but the cushioning and support may not be.

Catching pain or an injury early can make it much easier to fix so for any foot or leg related issues, you should give Queenstown Podiatry at Terrace Junction a call.
