The second Twilight Remembrance service will be on Saturday at Butchers Dam. The event, to remember victims of child abuse, is being organised by Roxburgh woman Vicky Whyte, along with Denise Black, of Alexandra, and Kirsten May, of Roxburgh. There will be children performing, and Nathan Mikaere-Wallis, from the Brainwave Trust, will be the guest speaker. People are invited to bring a picnic, but food will be available to buy. The event starts at 5pm and will bein the Dunstan High School old hall if it’s raining.
