With a mul­ti­tude of ac­tiv­i­ties to choose from there is plenty to keep the kids and adults en­ter­tained! The High­lands Go-Kart track is 650m of pure fun and, with sin­gle and tan­dem go-karts there is plenty of ex­cite­ment to be had for those 6 years and over! If you are af­ter some speed on the big 4.5km cir­cuit take your pick from a FASTLap, YOURLap or the High­lands Taxi! The National Motorsport Mu­seum has some­thing for ev­ery­one. Dis­cover all there is to know about New Zealand’s motorsport leg­ends and see an amaz­ing dis­play of race cars. We will also be run­ning some spe­cial school hol­i­day chal­lenges, giv­ing the kids the chance to win some great prizes! Both the mini-golf and the Bathurst bal­ance bike track (un­der 6’s) are free with mu­seum en­try. The Pit­stop Cafe´ in the mu­seum of­fers light bites, hot & cold drinks, and ice creams for the kids, plus it boasts an amaz­ing view of the track. For a more ro­bust lunchtime meal or evening din­ing The Nose Restau­rant, (just 2 min­utes’ walk from the Mu­seum) is well worth a visit (book­ings rec­om­mended).
