Wanaka A&P Show fundrais­ing op­por­tu­nity

Wanaka A&P Show or­gan­is­ers are call­ing for or­gan­i­sa­tions, groups and clubs to ap­ply to raise funds for their cause at next year’s show. The show will be held on March 7 and 8 and at­tracts about 20,000 peo­ple. In­ter­ested groups should email jane@wanakashow.co.nz

A par­ent­ing tool sem­i­nar on ‘‘Ten­sion Re­leas­ing Ex­er­cises’’ is be­ing held on Mon­day at 7.30pm in the St Johns rooms. Trainer Steph Combe will in­tro­duce you to a body cen­tred process that re­leases ten­sion cre­ated dur­ing stress­ful events and pro­vide a prac­ti­cal tool to build re­silience to stress.
