Broad experience within busy practice

Central Otago Mirror - - NEWS -

I’ve been a Consultant Paediatrician at Dunedin Hospital covering Neonatal and General Paediatrics, and with the University of Otago for twelve years. Over the past 10 years I have done regular regional paediatric clinics in Central Otago and I very much enjoy this aspect of my practice.

I grew up and Graduated in Otago, then continued my training overseas in Ireland and Australia.

My experiences of 20 years of busy Paediatric Practice, along with an enjoyable family life with my wife and five children, has led to a broader experience and appreciation of children.

My interests include the range of their Behaviour, Development and Health issues, from antenatal to adolescence. Mostly, referrals can be attended to within 1-2 weeks.

Dr Andrew Kelly, for Otago Paediatrics.
