Kangatraining is a full body work­out de­signed for mums and their spe­cific needs post-na­tally – stretch­ing the mus­cles that tighten dur­ing preg­nancy, birth and ev­ery­day life as well as strength­en­ing those that are weak­ened.

The pelvic floor, ab­dom­i­nals, back and legs are a few that are given spe­cial at­ten­tion; how­ever, all ma­jor mus­cle groups are worked.

As well as be­ing great for mums, the ba­bies love it! When the mu­sic starts and you move, the chil­dren are rocked and swayed, held safely in their car­ri­ers, nor­mally al­ways fall­ing asleep!

Baby­wear­ing and mov­ing with it is con­sid­ered a repli­ca­tion of be­ing in the womb: this is very re­lax­ing for the child.
