Kangatraining is a full body workout designed for mums and their specific needs post-natally – stretching the muscles that tighten during pregnancy, birth and everyday life as well as strengthening those that are weakened.
The pelvic floor, abdominals, back and legs are a few that are given special attention; however, all major muscle groups are worked.
As well as being great for mums, the babies love it! When the music starts and you move, the children are rocked and swayed, held safely in their carriers, normally always falling asleep!
Babywearing and moving with it is considered a replication of being in the womb: this is very relaxing for the child.
