Chocolate truf­fles are the ul­ti­mate Christ­mas in­dul­gence.

Enjoy with a cof­fee or liqueur for an af­ter din­ner treat.

In­gre­di­ents:

300g qual­ity dark chocolate 1/2 cup of cream Small knob of but­ter 1 tea­spoon of vanilla

Method:

Gen­tly heat the cream in a small saucepan un­til small heat bub­bles ap­pear. Add the but­ter. Once melted, pour over bro­ken chocolate
