❚ 1 ta­ble­spoon olive oil

❚ 2-3 ta­ble­spoons basil pesto (store bought)

❚ 2-3 hand­fuls baby spinach leaves

❚ 150g green beans

❚ 1 head broc­coli

❚ 2 tea­spoons but­ter
