Without volunteer managers like Sonja who recruit, support and motivate volunteers, I am absolutely sure that many events, sports groups, festivals, services and programmes would simply not happen, so let’s take a moment this week to stop and reflect on all they do to keep our local and national organisations, and our wider community, ticking along so beautifully.
