3 WATERS OFFICER (FIXED-TERM)
We are looking for an energetic, committed people-person – with a ‘make it happen, can do’ attitude, to champion compliance and service improvement in the 3 Waters team. Reporting to the 3 Waters Manager, this role is accountable for providing a solutions-focussed 3 Waters service to help our customers to engage with Council.
This role provides operational support for drinking water, storm water and wastewater. The key tasks include water billing and trade waste invoicing and customer experience management including customer requests and enquiries. To be successful in this role, you will bring your proven ability to provide customers with a positive experience and be able to provide clear solutions while working collaboratively with the 3 Waters team and Council’s Contractor.
This role is fixed-term 4-6 months, to provide cover for parental leave and is 40 hours per week. Please include your CV and Cover Letter with your application.
