We are look­ing for an en­er­getic, com­mit­ted peo­ple-per­son – with a ‘make it hap­pen, can do’ at­ti­tude, to cham­pion com­pli­ance and ser­vice im­prove­ment in the 3 Wa­ters team. Re­port­ing to the 3 Wa­ters Man­ager, this role is ac­count­able for pro­vid­ing a so­lu­tions-fo­cussed 3 Wa­ters ser­vice to help our cus­tomers to en­gage with Coun­cil.

This role pro­vides op­er­a­tional sup­port for drink­ing wa­ter, storm wa­ter and waste­water. The key tasks in­clude wa­ter billing and trade waste in­voic­ing and cus­tomer ex­pe­ri­ence man­age­ment in­clud­ing cus­tomer re­quests and en­quiries. To be suc­cess­ful in this role, you will bring your proven abil­ity to pro­vide cus­tomers with a pos­i­tive ex­pe­ri­ence and be able to pro­vide clear so­lu­tions while work­ing col­lab­o­ra­tively with the 3 Wa­ters team and Coun­cil’s Con­trac­tor.

This role is fixed-term 4-6 months, to pro­vide cover for parental leave and is 40 hours per week. Please in­clude your CV and Cover Let­ter with your ap­pli­ca­tion.
