Waipawa Bowling Club
Friday, November 20 saw the third round of Four Fun Fridays being played. Another awesome evening weather wise and families enjoyed the camaraderie on and off the green.
The 48 new bowlers have come so far since that first night way back in March before Covid put a stop to the competition. The improvement in a lot of players over the three nights since restarting has been fantastic to see and the club was rewarded with five new players signing up. Next week is finals night for all teams in their sections and others are talking of signing up which is a credit to the inspiration of our member Gary Allerby to instigate and organise this tournament.
