WHEN IT COMES TO en­ter­tain­ing, each part of the meal has its part to play. Ap­pe­tis­ers and en­trees whet the ap­petite and set the tone, the main fills the belly and in­tro­duces depth and sub­stance, but the dessert... the dessert is the last thing you re­mem­ber from a meal, and pro­vides the cook the chance to go wild and show off a lit­tle. I had great fun draw­ing in­spi­ra­tion from around the world to cre­ate show-stop­ping fi­nales for your next din­ner party – from lus­cious, deca­dent French choco­late mousse to sweet, fra­grant and syrupy Turk­ish baklava. Time to loosen the belt and in­dulge a lit­tle!
