Ruakaka Farm king­fish, clams and pick­led pork green curry.

Mem­o­ries of for­ag­ing for clams as a seven-year-old with my fam­ily down at Waikanae beach. The whole fam­ily would get in­volved – grandma, grandpa, mum, step­dad, aunts and un­cles. They are eas­ily one of my favourite foods to cook for a din­ner party and eat!
