Mean­while, Line’s Knæk­brod, last year’s supreme Ar­ti­san Award win­ner, has re­launched its rose­mary and sea salt crack­ers as they’re now be­ing made with Auck­land’s ex­cel­lent Hau­raki Sea Salt. Round­ing out our cracker round-up, 100 de­grees has re­leased the 4 Seed range of oat crack­ers, which come in orig­i­nal, car­away, cumin and fen­nel.
