Women’s Designer at O’Neill What do you do at this company? Along with my co- designer Josie, I have the fun task designing all of the swimwear, garments and fabric prints for O’Neill womens product in the South Pacific. Best thing about working here: Aside from the awesome team here and the fact we work ve minutes from the beach all summer long, it has got to be the travel. New York, LA, Japan, China and India are just some of the places I am sooo crazy lucky to have been this year! Favourite new pieces from your label/store: “SMOOTHIE” bikini. This crochet eect balconette is fully structured like your best strapless bra. In the brightest of bright summer colours. I love this one! “HAVANA NIGHTS” bikini. Hot coral tropical print in the cutest frilly bandeau. Flirty and fun. “TEA FOR TWO” crochet top. So feminine with a vintage feel. The lemon colour is perfect for tanned skin in summer. “DELIA” beach pant. An super- light beach pant is perfect to pop over your swim and o for lunch. The black geometric print is an easy one to dress up or down. “CUPID” beach dress. This super short owing dress with low back can easily take you from the beach to the bar. Just throw it on over your bikini and you are ready to go. Favourite beach spot/place to go for the summer holidays: Locally, I love heading up to the mid- north coast of NSW. Blueys and Boomerang beaches are stunningly beautiful and just so chilled. Globally? Right now Sri Lanka is number one on my bucket list. Tropical beaches, colourful culture and amazing food. sigh! New Years plans : This year a bunch of my friends have booked a huge house up the central coast where we can party all night and recover at the beach all day... cant wait! What's on your summer playlist: My playlist varies depending on my mood (which also varies) but at the moment its about; The Rubens, Plan B, Hermitude, Calvin Harris ft. Florence and a little bit of the legendary Janis Joplin... just because she is amazing! The one thing you can't live without this summer: I cannot live without sunscreen and a stack of good books. Those long days on the beach are easily ruined if I get either burnt or bored, so I do my best to avoid both.
