Reeltech Hannay is a supplier of hose and cable reel technology offering the largest custom stainless reel solutions including washdown, CIP and critical hygiene areas to heavy industries.

The firm’s reels are used in industries such as mining, paper mills, steel mills, food, beverage, and pharmaceutical. Its range of fire and rescue reels is also used by the fire services.

Hannay hose reels has one of the most extensive hose and cable reel ranges available throughout the world. Its standard range features hose sizes from quarter-inch ID through to three-inch ID hose, in many rewind options including spring retractable, air, hydraulic, and manual rewind.

The range is available in painted rugged steel construction, as well as full hygienic, corrosion resistant stainless steel.

Reeltech has released two new safety solutions for hose reel rewind speeds. The first is the Pit Bull direct drive geared hose reel. Using low maintenance galvanized construction, it features a patented gearbox, using a heavy-duty gear system integrated into the compact design that reduces rewind speed to safe levels, and torque that can cause injury. It can be supplied as manual, hydraulic or pneumatic motors.

The other most common reels are spring rewind reels that have been made safer and compliant by Reeltech Safe-RReel system. A simple bolt-on accessory (not like the spring control) reduces spring reel rewind speeds even on larger or smaller reels. Also, making spring reels safer by slowing retract speeds, it reduces both equipment and reel damage too.erenquiry #D131211
