Ob­jec­tive 3D and RapidPro have merged to of­fer part sales and fin­ish­ing in both Aus­tralia and New Zealand through its new 3D print­ing di­vi­sion – Red­Eye Aus­trala­sia.

Us­ing RapidPro’s team of en­gi­neers and 3D print tech­ni­cians, the firm is to pro­vide more 3D print­ing and ad­di­tive man­u­fac­tur­ing so­lu­tions to clients.

Ob­jec­tive3D will con­tinue to dis­trib­ute, in­stall and ser­vice Strata­sys 3D print­ers.

With of­fices in Aus­tralia and New Zealand, Ob­jec­tive 3D and Red­Eye Aus­trala­sia’s Matt Minio, says the firm’s cus­tomers will be able to make pro­to­types and 3D printed parts in-house, and have the op­tion to use its ad­di­tive man­u­fac­tur­ing build cen­tre at a dis­counted rate through its Red­Eye cor­po­rate ad­van­tage net­work.

“From time to time ma­chine own­ers have ques­tions about part fin­ish, ori­en­ta­tion and even CAD file prepa­ra­tion,” says Minio. “We now have 3D print tech­ni­cians that use these ma­chines ev­ery day, here to an­swer these ques­tions as part of our full 3D print­ing so­lu­tions prom­ise.”­eren­quiry #D131217
