DEMM Engineering & Manufacturing - - MAINTENANCE MATTERS -

Self-styled ‘maintenance evangelist’ Joel Leonard will make a flying visit to Auckland on Monday 18 August to front a seminar covering the ‘maintenance and skills crisis’.

He has set up a series of events in New Zealand and Australia to help companies develop strategies to improve their maintenance regimes.

“My seminar will help firms forecast their needs, attract a new workforce, and transfer the existing knowledge to the new workers...before it’s too late,” he says.

Leonard is a Demm columnist, and has more than 20 years’ experience in the maintenance and workforce development sectors.

Auckland seminar tickets are $1200, or $900 for members of the Sirf Roundtables business network.
