The Main­te­nance En­gi­neer­ing So­ci­ety’s Na­tional Main­te­nance En­gi­neer­ing Con­fer­ence has a long his­tory of pre­sent­ing pa­pers that in­form and in­spire main­te­nance en­gi­neers in top­ics that range from pure en­gi­neer­ing to day to day line man­age­ment is­sues. The 2015 SKF Na­tional Main­te­nance En­gi­neer­ing Con­fer­ence, to be held at the Claude­lands Event Cen­tre Hamil­ton on Novem­ber 18,19 is no ex­cep­tion to the rule, with a bevy of speak­ers from as far away as Swe­den and as close as Hamil­ton.

MESNZ in­sist on short sharp in­ter­est­ing pa­pers with a weight­ing to­wards case stud­ies. Ex­perts are mixed with peers and prac­ti­tion­ers, en­sur­ing that en­gi­neers can re­late the so­lu­tions on show to their own work sit­u­a­tions.

Speaker Fa­cil­i­ta­tors Barry Robin­son and Larry Wiech­ern are con­stantly search­ing for qual­ity speak­ers to present at the na­tional con­fer­ence, some­times plan­ning over a year ahead of each event.
