Envivo Engineering, Surveying and Planning combines with JAWA Structures Ltd
Envivo Engineering, Surveying and Planning and JAWA Structures Ltd have combined to create an integrated, multidisciplinary consultancy able to seamlessly deliver a wider range of expertise across the engineering, surveying and planning fields, says the company. The amalgamation means the Envivo and JAWA teams have moved to larger premises at 18 Normanby Road, Mount Eden and, including a Christchurch office, now have more than 60 employees.
James Hook, Envivo director, said, “This is a compelling strategic combination that we believe will benefit our clients, stakeholders and employees. We are now better positioned to undertake major, complex projects across a diverse range of markets and geographic regions. Our two businesses are complementary and our cultures are highly compatible. Employees from both Envivo and JAWA will benefit as the organisation combines our talents and capitalises on our greater scale to invest in our people, improve career opportunities and advance our capacity to take on an interesting variety of projects.”
