Beef Ke­babs with Co­conut Rel­ish

Serve these tasty ke­babs with warm, pur­chased naan breads.

Mari­nade: Put all the in­gre­di­ents in a food pro­ces­sor and blend un­til finely chopped. Pour over the beef and turn to coat well. Thread loosely onto skew­ers and bar­be­cue over a medium high heat for about 2 min­utes each side or un­til done to your lik­ing.

Rel­ish: Place all the in­gre­di­ents in a food pro­ces­sor and pulse un­til just com­bined. Sea­son.

To serve: Place the ke­babs on a serv­ing plat­ter with bowls of yo­ghurt, the co­conut rel­ish and warm naan breads.
