You might recog­nise Rachel Allen from TV – a celebrity chef from Ire­land, she’s also the daugh­ter-in-law of Da­rina Allen, the founder of the world-renowned Bal­ly­maloe Cook­ery School in County Cork. This ti­tle is ded­i­cated to Da­rina and to Rachel’s own mother, who hails from Ice­land.
