Gin­ger Whisky Cream

This drink is like pud­ding in a glass; creamy, golden with a lovely gin­ger sweet­ness. You can play around with the level of cof­fee and mar­malade de­pend­ing on how sweet and/or caf­feinated you like it.

1 ta­ble­spoon gin­ger mar­malade 3 ta­ble­spoons Thom­son Two Tone Re­lease Whisky 2–3 tea­spoons brewed espresso cof­fee 1 whole free-range egg 2 dashes An­gos­tura bit­ters

Shake all in­gre­di­ents hard in a cock­tail shaker. Add lots of ice and shake hard again. Strain into a sherry glass. Serves 1
