Ginger Whisky Cream
This drink is like pudding in a glass; creamy, golden with a lovely ginger sweetness. You can play around with the level of coffee and marmalade depending on how sweet and/or caffeinated you like it.
1 tablespoon ginger marmalade 3 tablespoons Thomson Two Tone Release Whisky 2–3 teaspoons brewed espresso coffee 1 whole free-range egg 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Shake all ingredients hard in a cocktail shaker. Add lots of ice and shake hard again. Strain into a sherry glass. Serves 1
