Greenlea’s beef is 100 per cent pasture-raised, grass-fed, antibioticand hormone-free. In addition to family favourites like mince (made from prime steer chuck, the same muscle group as scotch fillet so it’s incredibly lean), Greenlea Butcher Shop offers those hard-to-find cuts like beef cheek, lamb loin, brisket, short ribs, and more.
