Olive Salsa

Dish - - EASY EVERYDAY -

8 large green olives

small hand­ful mint

zest 1 lemon

pinch chilli flakes

1 ta­ble­spoon olive oil

Chop the olives, mint, lemon zest and chilli to­gether then stir in the oil.
