TALKING PARTY POLICIES

Three electioneering politicians are fronting the Grey Power Howick Pakuranga Association’s meeting this Friday, August 25, at the Pakuranga Bowling Club in Lloyd Elsmore Park. The meeting commences at 10am with Green Party MP Barry Coates discussing his party’s election policies. At 10.45am, Social Credit Party policies will be spoken about by Heather Marion Smith, and at 11.20am a spokesperson from the Opportunities Party will also talk about its ideas. Organisers says there will sufficient time for candidates to answer questions from the audience members. Refreshments will be available from 9.30am, and both Grey Power members and the public are welcome to attend.
