‘‘The whole idea is that council should go around and spray it while it’s down. There’s still a lot more to do.’’
The business consultant brings his own perspective to the issue.
‘‘From my standpoint, we are a customer and the customer’s needs have not been met at all.
‘‘You’re devaluing the property values but you’re also devaluing the quality of life. People get out to exercise, people get out to enjoy the environment, but it sucks,’’ he says frustratingly.
