Why try it?

Syd­ney’s Bondi Beach is as well known for its Ly­cra-clad ladies as it is for its hot surfers, so when one of those ladies opens a Pi­lates stu­dio, you know it’s got to be good. Fol­low­ing the suc­cess of her Peaches stu­dio, Bondi lo­cal Tori Clapham launched an on­line Pi­lates pro­gramme to al­low peo­ple from all over the world to join in on the peachy ac­tion.

What do you get for your bucks?

For AUD$154 you get ac­cess to eight work­outs and a fit­ness plan, in­clud­ing a 30-minute sig­na­ture Peaches Pi­lates class, 15-minute Car­dio Shred, 20-minute BootyCamp, 30-minute Ball Work­out, 25-minute Band Burn and 15-minute Abs Blast. They’ll post you a Peaches equip­ment pack with all the gear you need to com­plete the work­outs, too.

What’s it like?

It’s tough, but the short and sharp work­outs are over be­fore you know it, and the six-week work­out plan sug­gests only three ses­sions per week with disc work­outs on al­ter­nate days. Keep an eye on the Face­book group, as Tori and her other trainer Bec often post new moves to help keep your Pi­lates game in­ter­est­ing.
