As some­one who loves a good win­ter pud­ding, I can’t go past the de­li­cious win­ter warm­ers in your last is­sue. The Ti­ramisu Self-sauc­ing Pud­ding was a lovely treat on a cold win­ter’s night, but I’m look­ing for­ward to recre­at­ing the Rus­tic Ap­ple Pie for spring evenings. The din­ner recipes were also de­li­cious – the Fresh Spaghetti Pasta with Roasted Olives, Chorizo & Hal­loumi was a real crowd-pleaser!
