Dark Mus­co­v­ado

Ex­cel­lent in rich dark choco­late cakes and brown­ies, adds rich­ness and depth of flavour to mari­nades.

Light Mus­co­v­ado

Use in soft chewy cook­ies and fudge. Try swap­ping some of your caster sugar for Light Mus­co­v­ado for a softer chewier bake.

Golden caster

A ver­sa­tile sugar that’s de­li­cious in sponge cakes and crunchy bis­cuits. Use in place of nor­mal caster sugar for a deeper taste.


The rich­est and dark­est of our soft brown sug­ars. Su­perb in fruit cakes, sticky tof­fee pud­ding, mari­nades and sticky BBQ sauces.


Try this crunchy, rich sugar in crum­bles or caramelised on crème brûlée for a per­fect fin­ish. The per­fect sugar for cof­fee drinkers.

golden IC­ING

A great al­ter­na­tive to white ic­ing sugar, giv­ing your but­ter­cream and frost­ings de­li­cious nat­u­ral caramel flavour and colour.
