KI­WIFRUIT FREEZER POPS

1 ripe ki­wifruit ¼ cup of straw­berry yo­gurt or melted chocolate chopped nuts, chocolate hail, sprin­kles, or co­conut, to dec­o­rate (op­tional)

1 Slice both ends from the ki­wifruit. Slip a tea­spoon be­tween the skin and the flesh. Slide it around the cir­cum­fer­ence of the fruit, then slip the fruit out of its skin in one piece.

2 Slice into 4 thick slices and trim to shape with a cookie cut­ter or sharp knife if needed. In­sert a lol­ly­pop stick and freeze flat.

3 When frozen, dip in straw­berry yo­ghurt or melted chocolate, shake off ex­cess and dec­o­rate, if de­sired. Store the pops in the freezer in a con­tainer. Use within a week.
