FRESH IN­SPI­RA­TION

I sub­scribed to Food mag­a­zine for years, but when my last sub­scrip­tion ended nearly nine months ago, I de­cided not to re­new it as I’d found the con­tent was get­ting a bit stale and the recipes were start­ing to seem repet­i­tive. I was re­cently gifted a copy of the July/au­gust 2017 is­sue and was be­yond im­pressed with the changes to the mag­a­zine. The whole look is sharper, the recipes seem more con­cise and the ad­di­tion of the ‘cook’s notes’ on most recipes is fan­tas­tic. I was straight into the kitchen with this is­sue, some­thing that hadn’t hap­pened for a long time on my last sub­scrip­tion. Based on this ex­pe­ri­ence, I can’t wait for the next and I’m so pleased to have a sub­scrip­tion again.
