There were so many yummy recipes in the lat­est Food mag­a­zine but the one that stood out to me was the Mush­room Tart. My kids aren’t overly fussed about mush­rooms, so I made one with red cap­sicum in­stead, which was a huge hit – they kept com­ing back for more. Thanks for the fab recipe. Jo White
