To re­heat frozen pud­ding, thaw for 3 days in the fridge; re­move from fridge 12 hours be­fore re­heat­ing. Dis­card plas­tic wrap, place in a pud­ding basin. Steam for 2 hours then fol­low the in­struc­tions in step 6.
