Spaghetti – jazz it up with one of our tasty vari­a­tions

If you want din­ner on the ta­ble in 15 min­utes, it’s hard to look be­yond pasta and sauce. And for the sim­plest, most crowd-pleas­ing ver­sion, that Ital­ian favourite, spaghetti aglio e olio, us­ing gar­lic and oil, is a win­ner every time. We de­cided to give this easy dish a new lease on life, by us­ing it as a base to show­case some of spring’s fresh­est in­gre­di­ents. Delizioso!
