Time to speak up as council plans for the next 10 years
If you have an opinion on Franklin District Council’s proposed financial planning and works programme for the next 10 years make sure you put pen to paper or go to one of the public meetings scheduled for April.
Inserted into Franklin County News on April 2 will be the FDC’s Bulletin document containing a summary of the draft LTCCP and submission form.
Submissions need to be into the council before 5pm on May 1. Copies of the plan are also available from FDC offices in Pukekohe and Waiuku, the district’s three libraries, Te Hihi Autocourt, Bhana’s Foodmarket in Matakawau, Port Waikato Store, Parsot Four Square in Tuakau, Waiau Pa Store, Kaiaua Seaside Store, Glen Murray Motors, and from the council’s website at
