Auck­land Coun­cil said that Pukekohe lo­cals would still be able to ac­cess lo­cal ser­vices via con­tin­ued cus­tomer ser­vice pres­ence or they can book lo­cal ap­point­ments with reg­u­la­tory ser­vice staff.

‘‘Our cus­tomer ser­vice teams will con­tinue to pro- vide front-line ser­vices [in Pa­pakura, Pukekohe and Waiuku],’’ said Pir­rit.

‘‘Reg­u­la­tory ser­vices staff will con­tinue to be on-site in Pukekohe for pre-booked cus­tomer ap­point­ments and at­tend­ing clin­ics to pro­vide pro­fes­sional ser­vices re­quested by cus­tomers.’’

Lo­cal ser­vices can also be ac­cessed via the coun­cil’s on­line ser­vices.
