Since 1999, Simon Wright and Creghan Mol­loy-wright (above) have fused their con­sid­er­able in­di­vid­ual skills to de­liver this coun­try’s most ac­claimed restau­rant. Wright’s food is care­fully cal­cu­lated to re­flect seasonality and lo­cal­ity with­out fuss or flam­boy­ance.
