Thanks Good Health Choices for your ar­ti­cle, ‘10k Your Way’. I used to be a keen run­ner, but a com­bi­na­tion of be­ing busy with kids, work, and life in gen­eral, meant I hadn’t put my run­ning shoes on in years. Al­though I hoped I would pick it up again eas­ily, I think I had lost a bit of con­fi­dence and just wasn’t sure how to get go­ing. I’m re­ally en­joy­ing the run­ning plans, which are chal­leng­ing but achiev­able, and I like how there are op­tions for a range of dif­fer­ent lev­els and life­styles. While I’m still busy, I’ve found a way to fit run­ning back into my life, and it’s not only help­ing me drop some weight, but mak­ing me hap­pier and less stressed at home and work.
