I used to be a keen runner, but a combination of being busy with kids, work, and life in general, meant I hadn’t put my running shoes on in years. Although I hoped I would pick it up again easily, I think I had lost a bit of confidence and just wasn’t sure how to get going. I’m really enjoying the running plans, which are challenging but achievable, and I like how there are options for a range of different levels and lifestyles. While I’m still busy, I’ve found a way to fit running back into my life, and it’s not only helping me drop some weight, but making me happier and less stressed at home and work.
