BIG GOAL, LITTLE STEPS
It was so refreshing to read the ‘Design Your Dream’ article in the August issue, about little ways to help us out of a lifestyle rut. I liked what the life coach said about “what we focus on tends to grow”, and I think it’s fascinating how many things seem to stem from our mindset and our beliefs about the world. As someone who is prone to shyness and negative self-talk, I’m now trying out some daily positive affirmations to help boost my confidence. I’m looking forward to having a bolder outlook on life!
