On the go

Good Health Choices - - Health bites -

There’s good news and bad news in the survey carried out by travel recovery drink company, 1Above. The survey of more than 350 Kiwis found that 93 per cent of respondents said both their weekdays and weekends were fairly active. Exercise was a priority, with more than half saying they exercised regularly, and a quarter exercising between five and seven days a week. But the bad news? Twenty-nine per cent of New Zealanders say they feel stressed all the time. 1Above chief executive Stephen Smith says, “We have always known that Kiwis, on average, are very active and like to stay on the go. With the ever-growing demands of life, there is less downtime for people, or time taken to rest and recover.”
