1¼ cups al­mond meal

1/4 cup chia seeds 1/3 cup ground lin­seed 1/3 cup pump­kin seeds 3 tbsp al­mond but­ter 1 tsp vanilla ex­tract 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 1/2 tbsp unsweet­ened

al­mond milk 2 tbsp co­coa pow­der

1. Com­bine the al­mond meal, chia seeds, lin­seed and pump­kin seeds in a food pro­ces­sor. Add wet in­gre­di­ents and process

un­til a ball forms.

2. Roll mix­ture into small balls. Roll in co­coa pow­der

(or co­conut, ca­cao nibs, crushed nuts or chia seeds

if you pre­fer).

3. Store in an air­tight con­tainer in the fridge or freezer.

MAKES 18-20 BALLS
