1¼ cups almond meal
1/4 cup chia seeds 1/3 cup ground linseed 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds 3 tbsp almond butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened
almond milk 2 tbsp cocoa powder
1. Combine the almond meal, chia seeds, linseed and pumpkin seeds in a food processor. Add wet ingredients and process
until a ball forms.
2. Roll mixture into small balls. Roll in cocoa powder
(or coconut, cacao nibs, crushed nuts or chia seeds
if you prefer).
3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
