Before you go to bed, spend
10 minutes ‘brain dumping’ to help signal to your mind that it’s time to sleep. “Simply jot down anything and everything taking up space in your brain. It might be goals for the next day, feelings about a situation or general worries.
“The point is to get everything down on paper so your brain can relax in the knowledge it doesn’t have to hold on to everything. And
that, in turn, helps you sleep,” says nutritionist Gemma Clark from The
Sprout Nutrition and Wellness.
