Devised by Australian neuroscientist Dr Stan Rodski, this programme turns the act of colouring into a meditative process. Instead of giving you pictures to colour, it uses specific shapes and patterns that focus the mind.
“With shapes, there’s nothing to compare against reality and this provides a noncompetitive environment for the brain to be creative,” says Dr Rodski.
