YO­GHURT IS A TEMPT­ING ‘GRAB AND GO’ BREAK­FAST. It pro­vides guthealthy pro­bi­otics and cal­cium, but it’s not fill­ing enough to have on its own, says Geral­dine. “Yo­ghurt usu­ally con­tains no fi­bre, and flavoured va­ri­eties can have a lot of hid­den sugar.” In­stead, choose plain yo­ghurt and add your own fruit. In­clude a hand­ful of raw nuts to add pro­tein, fi­bre and healthy fats that will help stave off hunger.
