YOGHURT IS A TEMPTING ‘GRAB AND GO’ BREAKFAST. It provides guthealthy probiotics and calcium, but it’s not filling enough to have on its own, says Geraldine. “Yoghurt usually contains no fibre, and flavoured varieties can have a lot of hidden sugar.” Instead, choose plain yoghurt and add your own fruit. Include a handful of raw nuts to add protein, fibre and healthy fats that will help stave off hunger.
